My kids' favorite salad is this Mixed Fruit and Marshmallow Salad. Since it's so easy to throw together and healthy with just a little sweetness, I don't mind making it for them often! It's perfect as a side or afternoon snack. You can't go wrong with the quantities, but following is what I throw together in a bowl, more or less.
Mixed Fruit & Marshmallow Salad
1 can pineapple chunks in 100% juice
2 apples, cored and cubed
3 bananas, sliced
1 cup of grapes
1 cup mini marshmallows
Stir together (including juice from the pineapple chunks) and viola you have a tasty fruit salad! We love our Komax bowl from this post because we can simply pop a lid onto any leftovers.
