Squooshi Reusable Food Pouches Review

A couple of years ago manufacturers came out with pre-filled apple sauce (and other pureed fruit/veggie) pouches, sold in stores like Target and Cost Co, and my kids couldn't get enough of them! They were so handy for throwing in the diaper bag on-the-go and having at home for a snack or eat along with lunch.
Although these reusable pouches were easy to eat and convenient, they weren't quite perfect. The biggest thing I didn't like is how expensive they were. In addition, they were only used once and thrown away making them not the most eco-friendly. I started to look for other options when I found these Squooshi Reusable Food Pouches on Amazon!

When I saw these, I just knew my kids would love them! We ordered a set and couldn't wait for them to arrive. I bought some apple sauce in bulk to have something to put in them when they came. I quickly discovered the smaller two to be great for baby food or rice cereal for my 1 year old. My kids ALL love the adorable animals and, even now, still get excited every time we use them!

What have we put in them? We first tried apple sauce, including different flavors of apple sauce by adding pureed strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, cinnamon, etc. The Squooshi pouches also work great for any kind of homemade smoothie, slushy, yogurt, shake, pudding, and much more

We've had our food pouches for a year now and they're holding up great. They're easy to clean in soapy water with a bottle brush, and have TONS of uses left!

More affordable options!
