Morning Sickness Remedies
Many moms tend to get bad morning sickness in the first trimester and for some it even lasts the entire pregnancy. I definitely often felt nauseous and at a loss for what might help when I was pregnant. I decided to ask a group of moms on Cafe Mom, social networking site, for their best morning sickness remedies.
Moms responses to what most helps their morning sickness:
- Eating small meals every 2.5 to 3 hours
- Sucking on preggy pops or drops
- Chewing ginger gum or eating ginger candies
- Sea bands (available at most drug stores for about $10)
- Before getting up eating a few saltine crackers
- Taking prenatal vitamins in the evening before bed ...
