With Earth Day coming up I've been looking for ways to educated the kids about the wonderful planet we live on. I want to help them show appreciation by conserving, reusing, and recycling resources. We're working on a roundup of educational activities, but thought that I'd also teach them about plants and eating healthier meals. These recipes linked up on Weekend Bites are just perfect for that! From delicious veggie-based soups to salads and sandwiches, we think you'll find something you like. Thanks for stopping by, and enjoy!
