Thinkfun Maker Studio: Designed for Budding Engineers

My son is our little engineer. He loves seeing how things work and making new creations. It was fun to hear about all he learned in the STEM program this last year in school. For the summer we've been looking for more projects to keep him busy and actively learning, and the ThinkFun Maker Studio - Propellers Building Kit has been perfect for that!

We love activities that teach my kids to be creative and reuse things to make something new. C decided he wanted to make an airplane for his stuffed animal, Chubby! With the ThinkFun Maker Studio Kit, a cardboard cereal box, a plastic water bottle and tape, he got to work.

Carefully following each step with a little bit of help from me, C transformed the pieces into a fun airplane to play with.

C was super proud of his creation and excited for Chubby to try it out, too-- vroom!

Give it a try! What will you create? For information about additional Thinkfun Maker Studio sets and tons of other educational activities and games visit them on ThinkFun.comFacebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram!
