This last week I noticed a lot of amazing Mexican dishes among others linked up on Weekend Bites that I'm excited to try! I've been working on updating our meal rotation calendar, adding several new recipes from past Weekend Bites. Various Mexican foods and breakfast foods for some reason continue to be favorites for our family. Oh, and I know the caramel dessert aren't necessarily Mexican (unless maybe we call them Dulce De Leche?), but I couldn't resist sharing!
