Sausage Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole Recipe

About a year ago our family realized we were getting in the habit of making breakfast food for dinner on Sundays. Breakfast meals are typically easy to make and something our whole family enjoys so started making it a point to find new recipes to have each Sunday afternoon. Once we tried Sausage Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole, we couldn't get enough of the combination that it made our regular 8 week dinner rotation.

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
5. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and milk.
6. Pour egg/milk mixture over cheese.
